Fish House Rentals
Agate Bay Resort rents a variety of fish houses ranging from basic fish houses to the most deluxe houses on Mille Lacs. They accommodate from one to nine anglers.
Standard Fish Houses
Our standard fish houses are clean and comfortable. They each have propane lights and propane heat with a wall thermostat for your comfort. The bunks have mattresses or thick foam pads. They are carpeted and have a two burner cooktop. Each house has a table and chairs, as well as rattle reels above each hole. We have portable toilets on the lake and our heated restroom/shower complex is open 24 hours per day.
When you arrive, the heat and lights will be on and your holes will be drilled. Weekend special is from Friday noon until Sunday noon; If available, shorter shifts can be rented 2 days before the weekend. On weekends, we generally have a 24-hour minimum. However, we also take 12-hour rentals to fill in the weekend around other rentals.

Midweek Special:
Noon Sunday through noon Friday AFTER January 1, 2026.Price based on 50% of the rental period. (Example: 48 hours for the 24 hour rate.)
Premiere Ice Cabins & Lodge All include large conference table & chairs, microwave and 2 burner cook top, Smart TV and DVD player. Each house is powered with a 2200 watt Honda generator for charging electronics and such. Each house also has a private changing room and its own private heated toilet facility with electric lights located right outside the door. Heated toilets are only included on weekend special. (Heated toilets may be available with midweek rental at an additional fee.) Items to bring: bait, fishing licenses sleeping bag/blanket & pillow, and towel for shower on shore in heated restrooms/shower house. No pets allowed.
Our weekend special for a Premiere Ice Cabin runs from Friday noon until Sunday noon. The cost for our weekend special is $850.00 (w/tax $908.44). Extra days are discounted.

Premiere Ice Lodge
Our Premiere Ice Lodge provides a luxurious fishing option on Mille Lacs. They are 12’ x 32’ in size with one set of double bed bunks and 5 twin bed bunks. They accommodate up to nine people very comfortably. They feature a large table with cushion chairs, "Smart TV" (which allows you to stream off your phone or hot spot), DVD player, microwave, and a two-burner cook-top. The house has electrical outlets and is powered by a Honda 2200 watt generator that is included. The house has an indoor changing room for your privacy. The Premiere Ice Lodge comes with its own private heated toilet facility with electric lights located right outside the door of the Ice Lodge. This ensures your privacy and keeps unpleasantness outside your house while providing you with significant comfort. Each Premiere Ice Lodge features 14 fishing holes. When you arrive, the heat and lights are on in your Ice Lodge and personal toilet facility and holes are drilled.
Our weekend special for a premiere ice lodge runs from Friday noon until Sunday noon; The cost for our weekend special is $1200.00 (w/tax $1282.50). Extra days are discounted.

All Houses...
All fish house rentals include a road pass during your rental period and the use of our heated shower complex. All rentals are subject to Minnesota sales tax. Houses must be left clean and in good repair or a minimum cleaning fee of $50 will be charged. No pets allowed in ice cabins, lodge, or standard rentals.
No pets are allowed in the rentals. Violators will incur a $200 charge.*
